Disclosures

Version 1, effective July 12, 2026.

This document describes what Ironlake is and, just as importantly, what it is not. You acknowledge it at signup, and it applies to every screen, export, and email the Service produces.

Ironlake is decision support, not advice

Ironlake, operated by Ironlake Software LLC, is a decision-support and analytics platform. It organizes financial information you provide and shows you calculations, scenarios, and worksheets built from your own inputs and assumptions. It is informational and educational. It is not investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to carry out any transaction.

No adviser relationship

Ironlake Software LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state, and it does not provide "investment advice" within the meaning of section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Using the Service does not create an adviser, fiduciary, brokerage, or professional-client relationship. Where the Service displays candidates, flags, scenarios, or worksheets, it is showing you the math on choices you define; it is not advising you to act.

No execution

The Service is read-only with respect to your accounts at other institutions. It cannot place trades, move money, or change anything outside its own records, and it never will on your behalf.

Your inputs, your assumptions, your decisions

Projections and scenarios are deterministic illustrations computed from assumptions you can inspect and change. They are not predictions or guarantees, and their usefulness depends entirely on the quality of your inputs. Tax figures are planning estimates, not filings. Before acting on anything you see in the Service, verify the numbers and consider consulting a qualified professional who knows your full situation, such as a CPA, attorney, or registered investment adviser.
